Kvinnherad Municipality is holding a tender contest on behalf of Kvinnherad Municipality and Tysnes Municipality. The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services (preliminary engineering design services, detailed engineering design services, general advice, and the preparation of technical plans) within water and sewage and roads.
