Short description
Sarpsborg Municipality will further develop Alvim Treatment Plant and alter the primary transport system for sewage in to the treatment plant. The plant must be ready and commissioned by 1 July 2025. The progress plan for achieving this goal does not give much room for delays of any kind.
This procurement includes complete advisory engineering and architect competence to assist Sarpsborg Municipality.
