Short description
The contest concerns a contract for complete delivery of locking systems and associated components for municipal buildings.
The contracting authority basically wants to have locking systems delivered as a service, including delivery, installation, service, training and dismantling of existing systems.
The contracting authority nevertheless sees the opportunity of purchasing either only equipment or purchasing equipment and services related to delivery/return (possibly other combinations).
It is only in circumstances where it is not possible to mount electronic door locks that it will be necessary to purchase key boxes. The tenderer must have access to key boxes if needed.
Offered components must be an open standard, and this means the equipment must be able to integrate with different professional systems, modules and other solutions.
