The political cross-border organisation STRING is looking to enter into a contract with a consultant able to define, map and describe the green tech sector, its strengths and development in the STRING area stretching from Hamburg to Oslo. The analysis should have a meticulous focus on the mapping of stakeholders that are key drivers of green growth, such as industries, green tech businesses, investors, clusters and private-public partnerships that are key drivers of green growth. Furthermore, it should describe the development within the green tech sector, compare the region’s comparative advantage with a competing region to be defined, and identify the existing and future strengths and challenges in the region.
