A framework agreement shall be signed with one - 1 - tenderer for the procurement of polymer for dewatering sludge at the Bekkelaget Treatment Facility.
Call-offs will be made by VAV, or the company that currently has a contract with VAV for the management of Bekkelaget Treatment Facility.
