Harstad Municipality will announce a contest for a Framework Agreement for food products. The municipality would, thus, like to invite potential suppliers to give feedback on the draft of the tender documentation for the procurement.
The intention is to optimise the quality of the tender documentation so that both wholesalers and others are able to submit tenders, and so that the municipality will get a good contract.
