Short description
Current service recipients connected to the environmental service who have been awarded private respite care are children and youths under 20 years of age with various disabilities. The intention of respite care is to give carers necessary spare time, time to engage with their social network and time for family relationships. The offer is regulated by law in the Health and Social Care Act §3-6 point 2, on the municipality's responsibility to support relatives in the form of respite care measures.
