The intention of this RFI is to carry out a thorough market survey before we announce a competition in the market.
We are asking some questions in this RFI that we would like answered. We would like to identify the options that are available in the market, both as regards what functions and services can be delivered, what could be an appropriate work and responsibility division and interaction routines between us and a supplier.
