Framework Agreement, Legal Services for the Child Welfare Service

Rakkestad municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with a Framework Agreement for legal services for the child welfare service. The Framework Agreement includes legal consultancy and assistance in connection with legal problems/deliberations, prepare cases and procedures for child welfare cases for the Counties' Social Welfare Boards and appeal cases for the court, as well as quality assurance and handling of complaints. The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has available lawyers with good competence and experience for the judicial field.
