Procurement of Consulting Service - Infrastructure Manager for Nordic Regional Security Centre (NRSC)
The procurement procedure is conducted as a negotiated tender procedure.
Nordic RSC (Regional Security Coordinator) is the Copenhagen-based joint office for the Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish transmission system operators (TSOs). The aim for the Nordic RSC is to support the national TSOs in maintaining the operational security of the power systems in the Nordic region.
For the general internal design and setup of the infrastructure, the RSC is in need of a senior Infrastructure Manager to continue the work with building, maintaining and documenting the Infrastructure environment. In addition, there is a need to support and prepare the operational team at the Hosting TSO and the external IT platform vender, and act as third level support for a given period. The consultant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Management
The RSC is looking for a profile that has experience with the following technologies, areas of expertise and platforms:
•Windows based technology
•SQL
•On premise Cloud server solutions
•IT Security
•PAM
•Multifactor authentication
•5nine
•Place of delivery – RSC office, Ørestaden Copenhagen
•Start-up - At the beginning of January
•Expected completion of the assignment – 30 June, 2019 or when the assignment is completed
•Expected time spent – approximate 1000 hours
The award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio: price 40%, quality (CV) 60%.
Prices must be stated in the tender list and the defined price elements must be completed herein. The application (tender) must include a maximum of 1 CV with documentation of fulfillment of the requirement described in the description of work.
The selection of the applicants will be based on the submitted references. That is to which extend the reference(s) are similar to the tender assignment as described.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the applicant to supplement, specify or complete the information submitted.

Lodging of appeal
Appeals concerning this tender must be lodged with the Public Contracts Appeals Board (Klagenævnet for Udbud) within the deadlines stated in the Danish Enforcement Act (håndhævelsesloven), cf. section 7(2) of the Danish Enforcement Act (Act No. 492 of 12 May 2010, as amended).
