Turnkey Contract — Maristien Nursery

Porsgrunn municipality has decided to construct Maristie nursery. The new nursery shall include departments for big and small children, a special department, administration and communal areas that link the departments together. The building is planned to contain 120 nursery places. The building shall have 2 floors + technical rooms in the basement. The building shall be constructed as a passive house with extensive use of solid wood. The applicable technical regulation is TEK17.
