Evaluation of a scheme for county bully ombudsmen

Short description of the assignment´s background and purpose:

In task letter 17/40, the government decided that a scheme shall be introduced with county bully ombudsmen from autumn 2018. A national mandate shall form the basis for the scheme, at the same time that there is room for local adaptations.

The bully ombudsmen shall support and guide children, pupils and parents so that their rights to a good psycho-social environment in nurseries and primary and secondary schools is ensured.

The bully ombudsmen shall, in cooperation with the pupil and apprentice ombudsmen in their county, contribute to pupils and apprentices having their rights ensured to a good psycho-social environment in sixth form education.
