External audit of development aid projects and EU projects

Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE) [the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate], hereafter also called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a competition with negotiations with the aim of enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of audit services for NVE’s international development aid projects and EU projects, including Interreg projects. The type of assignment and the relevant thematic areas are further discussed in Appendix 1.

The objective of enter into the framework agreement for audit services is to give NVE quick and flexible access to resources for the implementation of auditing of the development and projects and the EU projects. NVE will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer (not parallel framework agreements).
