Organisation and management development new Asker municipality

Asker municipality is going to merge with Røyken and Hurum municipalities. The new Asker municipality will use KS and Difi as consultants in the procurement. The delivery shall contribute to a joint management culture for the new municipality with tools that handle the challenges that occur in the adjustment and change period. The delivery is to include both teaching and guidance for a total of 300 managers.
