Framework agreement for cleaning services in Bergen

Statsbygg requests tenders for an agreement for “Cleaning services for some of region west's properties in Bergen”. Start of contract: 1.6.2018.

Properties:

Bergen Courthouse, Address: Tårnplass 2, 5012 Bergen

Gamlehaugen, Address: Gamlehaugveien 10, 5230 Paradis

Statsbygg shall have an option to include extended cleaning services for these properties, or to include more properties in the Bergen area. Other properties in the Bergen area may be relevant for individual assignments. The prices for any new properties shall not exceed the prices that are agreed upon for corresponding services in the agreement.

The requested cleaning services include daily cleaning and window cleaning. The assignments are further described in the Cleaning manual.
