In order to get a more expedient use of the municipalities' resources, the contracting authority would like, through this tender contest, to enter into a framework agreement with 3 tenderers for staffing services for when the municipality does not have enough resources. The procurement is for individual assignments and longer assignments, e.g. holiday cover.
The need can change during the contract period, depending on the general labour market and the municipality's options for using its personnel.
