Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a Request for proposal from AB SEB bankas (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB daughter company in Lithuania).

Your company is hereby invited to participate in the selection process to select a supplier for „TestingServices (external Test Mangers and Professional Testers (Test Analysts/ TestEngineers)) within Information system implementation in JSC “SEB bank”“.

If your company is interested to participate in this tender, please follow the instruction listed below:

1. Your company is invited to sign confidentiality undertaking attached to this invitation letter (section “files” in Mercell system). Scanned document should be uploaded to Mercell system, section “Communication” (it has to be sent as the new message to the customer).
2. Detailed specification for preparation of proposal will be sent to you within 2 days after Confidentiality undertaking is signed and submitted to SEB.
3. Answer to this Request for Proposal is expected no later than 2017 12 29.
