Procurements — The joint entity for the municipalities in the Gjøvik region invites tenderers, on behalf of Gjøvik municipality, to a pre-qualification to be able to submit a tender for furniture deliveries (mobile) for the renovated town hall.
The contracting authority invites the market to participate in a process to find the fixtures and furniture that supports the mandate and concept to the greatest possible degree, cf. point 2.1.
All communication between the contracting authority and tenderers shall be in Norwegian and, as a rule, in writing, in order to ensure good quality and efficiency of the delivery. To the degree that a tenderer depends on sub-suppliers for parts of the assignment, it is a prerequisite that the tenderer undertakes the project management and that the contracting authority deals with this.
