The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) is an administrative agency subordinate to the Ministry of Defence. The agency's primary tasks relate to the planning, construction, administration, leasing and disposal by sale of defence estates and properties. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) is an administrative agency subordinate to the Ministry of Defence. The Norwegian Armed Forces represents the agency`s largest and most important customer. However, the Agency also has customers participating in other public markets. NDEA has approx. 1 100 employes and work places nationwide.

The contracting authority for this contract is primarily the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA), c/o the Property and Facility Management, region West.

This agreement shall include building works contractor services. NDEA has a separate framework agreement for construction machinery/works contractor service.
