Framework agreements — Carpenter services.

The contracting authority wish tender on the delivery of carpenter services. The framework agreements shall cover the need for such services in the areas specified in the contract notice and the tender documents. See the document ‘Overview sub tenders’ for further information.

Based on historical figures, the tender has an estimated value of approximately 32 000 000 NOK per year. The estimate is uncertain and may vary greatly from year to year, depending on among other things the contracting authority's maintenance priorities each year.

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the contracts that will be signed do not involve any obligation to buy for the contracting authority. The contracting authority's previous experience shows that large savings are achieved if there is a competition for each assignment instead of using framework agreements. The degree that the framework agreement will be used will therefore depend on the tenderers' efficiency.
