Fredrikstad municipality, in cooperation with several municipalities in Østfold, is in the planning phase for the procurement of a framework agreement for food within different groups:
Group A groceries,
Group B1 floating dairy products,
Group B2 full-fat milk mini tank 200 L,
Group C fresh meat and meat products,
Group D fresh fish and seafood.
Fredrikstad municipality invites potential tenderers to comment on the provisional competition documents that are attached to this notice. A joint supplier conference was held earlier in the planning phase. However, we still encourage input and feedback. It is possible to have a dialogue with the market until the tender notice. Only limited changes can be made after the final tender documentation has been published.
