The estimated volume is subject to changes in methods and procedures in the contract period and it can, thus, change. This is because, amongst other things, assessments are being continually made as to whether the most hazardous chemicals can be substituted with more environmentally friendly/less harmful to health alternatives.
The stated package/container sizes must be interpreted as a guideline and minor deviations will be accepted. Relevant variants beyond that what is requested in the reference assortment can be offered as ‘Additional Assortment’ in the tab ‘Complete Assortment’ in the tender documentation's Annex 03 Price Form.
