Framework agreement for GIS services.

The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) would like assistance with the implementation of various GIS related assignments that are either being planned, in the start-up phase or in progress. The assistance will mainly be system development and programming for GIS analyses and tools.

NVE would like to enter into a framework agreement with one — 1 - tenderer.

The framework agreement shall cover NVE's consultancy needs in this area and the volume is estimated to 4 000 000 NOK for the contract period.
