The Contracting Authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a Contract with one Tenderer.
The aim of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for an excavator on belts, approx. 24-26 tonnes,
short stern with cutter, S70 fixing and long range equipped with flow on the beam. The excavator shall be designed for handling waste, excavation, levelling and transporting matter at Bingsa waste facility.
The excavator shall be of high quality, have good functionality and user friendly. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority would like good and quick access to service and the machine shall be environmentally friendly both as regards emissions, consumption and noise.
Comments to the agreement:
The Contract is for leasing one excavator on belts, including a service contract.
The Contract is subject to final approval of the leasing contract from the County Governor as Ålesund is a ‘Robek’ municipality (under administration).
