Sandefjord kommune wants to connect with a company that can safeguard the need for project administrative services for projects concerning the construction of the new Kodal primary school.
The school shall be built in down town Kodal. The existing school buildings will be demolished.
The room and function programme for the project has been developed and is included as part of the attached documentation ‘Basis for Preliminary Project — New Kodal School’.
The school will be planned as a 1.5 parallel grade one to grade seven school, with a gross floor area of approx. 3 150 m², with a capacity for 250 students. The building shall be able to be expanded to a 2 parallel school.
A new sports hall shall be erected, connected to the school building.
The project administrative assignment will apply to all phases of the project.
