Telemark fylkeskommune intends to procure a comprehensive digital management tool for quality control and internal control, personnel management and performance management.
The objective of the procurement is to establish a comprehensive digital management tool for internal control, personnel management and performance management. The total annual value of the procurement is estimated to be 500 000 NOK excluding VAT (investment and operation). The value must be considered an estimate and is not binding.
The Contracting Authority shall have the option to purchase individual modules separately and at different times. This also concerns call-offs on individual functions within each module, cf. obligatory pricing of B-requirement (options) in the modules under the requirement specification. (The requirement specification will be released after pre-qualification.) The internal control module shall be in operation during the second half year of 2017. The plan for implementation of modules for personnel management and goal and result management will be agreed at the signing of the contract.
