The Contracting Party wishes to enter into an agreement regarding the delivery of services as environmental advisor for construction-projects.

The intention is to engage an environmental advisor to assist the Project Manager to set ambitious, sustainable and realistic environmental-goals in accordance with Stavanger Municipalities climate- and environment-plan. The aim is for the environmental-advisor to assist from the concept-study phase. The extent of advisory services required during the planning and execution-phases will depend on the chosen format for execution.
