Consultancy services for public occupational pensions for Bærum municipality.

Bærum municipality shall sign a contract with a consultancy service who shall assist the municipality with an impartial quality assurance of pensions from Bærum kommunale pensjonskasse, Statens pensjonskasse (SPK) and KLP respectively. Bærum municipality has a pension scheme for its employees in three different pension providers. Teaching personnel are in Statens pensjonskasse, nurses are in KLP and other employees are in Bærum kommunale pensjonskasse. The distribution of the employees between the schemes is 1 600 employees in SPK (approx. 15 %), 560 employees in KLP (approx. 5 %) and approx. 8 500 employees in BKP (approx. 80 %). This will be assignments connected to, amongst other things, the following areas: Preparation of budget, inspection of insurance contracts and correspondence, product monitoring, benchmarking of different suppliers, assistance with accounting, information to the municipality management, employees and shop stewards, calculate the price of services for each employee.
