The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality's need or materials and services for the maintenance and upgrade of the municipality's properties. The framework agreement supplier will be required to be a turnkey contractor for assignments that require cooperation between several service areas. The tenderer shall be able to act as a turnkey contractor in cases where the contracting authority defines this when placing an order for an assignment.
