Telemark county shall pre-qualify groups for a price and design competition with collaboration.

Telemark county plans to extend and alter Hjalmar Johansen sixth form college in Skien municipality.

A price and design competition shall be held with 4-6 groups with subsequent collaboration before the project is implemented as a turnkey contract.

The selection will be made on the basis of the 4-6 best qualified in relation to competence.

The participants in the actual competition will receive 200 000 NOK per group. The amount is exempt of VAT.
