1.Learning content management system (LCMS), including:

a)Learning asset metadata configuration system

b)Learning pathway configuration system

c)Learning record store

d)Accreditation and certification enabler

2.Cloud-based and responsive/adaptive authoring tool with metadata classification capabilities

3.Hosting facility
