Norsk Tipping would like to procure a tool for data preparation, advanced data mining and predictive analysis, as well as assistance to increase knowledge of prediction amongst our own analysists. The aim is to develop Norsk Tipping to be an organisation that is more computer run. There are therefore 2 parts that must be procured:
— A tool for data preparation, advanced data mining and predictive analysis.
— A partner/service provider who can assist Norsk Tipping with the development of necessary competence around the use of a predictive analysis tool. This involves training, courses and consultancy services.
During the contract period, the service provider shall be able to ensure that acquired system meets Norsk Tipping's needs and requirements and that the necessary upgrades are made. In addition, the service provider should be able to provide necessary support and maintenance services during the contract period.
