Based on the Public Procurement Regulations § 22-1 (2), all received tenders are rejected as a consequence of insufficient budgetary coverage in relation to implementation of the procurement. Due to both case law and administrative practise, as well as a legal theory which indicates that insufficient budgetary cover will constitute a justifiable basis to reject all tenders and with that, cancellation of the tender contest. The competition is cancelled pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 22-1 (2).
