The contracting authority has a need to enter into a contract with a service provider who can cover our needs within plumbing services with equipment. The most usual assignments consist of:
— Normal maintenance and replacement of sanitary equipment in municipal buildings;
— Maintenance of all pipes and pumps for boiler plants;
— Maintenance of heating installations (the parts to do with water);
— Maintenance and service of sprinkler installations;
— Maintenance/replacement of pipes and pumps in Ski municipality's public swimming pools;
— Delivery of goods and services for renovation/maintenance projects that Ski municipality is organising itself;
— Renovation of bathrooms and kitchens in municipal residences;
— Replacement of hot water tanks;
— Rodding sewage;
— Assistance with troubleshooting, consultancy and service in the contracting authority's existing installations.
Service providers must be able to cooperate closely with our other framework agreement suppliers, the joiner currently has the coordination responsibility.
