Vefsn municipality, as the developer, invite tenderers to a tender competition for Contract E-70, Gardening works, including covers, vegetation and equipment for the new building Olderskog school in Olderskog district approx. 2 km from the centre of Mosjøen.
The contract is for surfaces, new vegetation and equipment for the site area of approx. 9 decares for a new school building for 4-7 years with 200 pupils and a total floor area of approx. 3 400 m2 gross.
Contract E-70 is planned to be carried out with the following progress plan:
— Construction state: Beginning of June 2014.
— Completion: By September 2014.
All ground works on the site area with water and sewage pipelines, manholes and drains and cable ditches, street light installations and the development of roads and open spaces with reinforcement layers as well as terrain levelling to top-soil filling were carried out in another contract in the period summer and autumn 2013.
