Helsedirektoratet (The Norwegian Directorate of Health) wants to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier, and in this regard seeks a tenderer who can provide assistance in connection with meetings/conferences arranged by the Helsedirektoratet.
Assistance meaning assistance in connection with all aspects of a conference – collection of tenders, enrolment, hotel/meeting rooms, catering, execution of any agreements with presenters etc. (see point 2.2).
Events are held at various locations in the country (can in exceptional circumstances also be held overseas), and can be of various duration and scope, from day events to conferences of several days duration. It can also include one-day conferences or conferences that are repeated in different locations.
The extent of the Helsedirektoratet's event activities will vary from year to year, but there may be a matter of assistance for up to approximately 55 events yearly with a combined turnover of approximately 20 000 000 NOK. The largest event is the annual Health Conference with approximately 1 000 participants.
