The Education Department believes that there is a need to install intercom facilities in all schools in Oslo from a preparedness perspective, and therefore wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the procurement of intercom equipment and associated services for schools in Oslo. It is primarily schools in Oslo that require the installation of intercom equipment.In addition, the Agreement allows other organisations in the City of Oslo to voluntarily place suborders under the Framework Agreement as required during the Agreement period.
