We want to buy a special AFM. The AFM should supplement the instrument we already have, and work seamlessly to provide data for a specific project. The instrument we already have, are custom made and runs specific software codes not available on other systems. To be able to compare results directly, and do the same type of experiments, we need an exact replica of the instrument we already have. We expect a week to week service on the instrument for 5 years.
