PostNord has commenced a procurement according to negotiated procedure in accordance with Directive 2004/17/EC of 31.3.2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council coordinating the procurement procedures of companies operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors (the "Public Procurement Directive") concerning coffee, tea, chocolate, coffee machines, water coolers and food vending machines.
