Study of the implementation of climate regulations within Fit for 55

The aim of this procurement is to map out how other countries are governing and organizing their work to implement specific climate regulations from the Fit for 55-package. We are interested in how the implementation of the regulations are horizontally and vertically organized, in terms of wich ministry or other governmental department are responsible for each regulation, and how implementation and administration is delegated to underlying agencies. We are also interested in the number of resources/employees who work with/are planned for working on the implementation and compliance of the different regulations on all levels, including advisory, judicial, and supervisory resources and the level of budget funds allocated for the implementation and managing of these regulations. Both the present resource situation and expected need of resources in the future is relevant. For more detailed information on the project see Appendix 1 of the draft Contract.
