The Invitation to tender concerns an enterprise architecture tool for modeling and describing the enterprise architecture of the Tax Administration, its access rights or licences, and help desk and support services first during its rollout, and later during its use, including employee instruction. The procurement items are: - Access rights / Licences - Rollout - Support services - Training concerning the enterprise architecture tool (based on separate order) The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the annex 2 Description of the procurement.
