Framework agreement - biobags and baskets for food waste

Rakkestad and Sarpsborg Municipalities have decided to introduce separate containers for source sorting of food waste for households, holiday home waste management, and municipal entities. Biodegradable bags in plastic for food waste (hereafter called biobags) will thus be introduced. The contracting authority for this procurement is Rakkestad Municipality, on behalf of the following municipalities: Rakkestad Municipality (org. no. 945 372 281), Sarpsborg Municipality (org. no. 938 801 363).
