The contest is for the provision of child welfare services, day, evening, night, 24-hour, and weekend measures.
The service need of each person is individual and must be considered when this contract is entered into and when ordering of services is implemented. Each assignment must be tailored in relation to the individual's need and the municipality's decisions about services. The need for child welfare services varies in scope and will be procured individually on a case-by-case basis. The municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several providers to ensure accessibility, good terms, and compliance with the regulations.
