Service concession contract for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA)

Alta Municipality invites tenderers to apply for an award of concession for the provision of assistance hours in the user controlled personal assistance scheme for users in the municipality. The scheme works so that all tenderers who meet certain conditions after applying, are allowed to offer user-controlled personal assistance services in Alta Municipality. Decisions on BPA services for individuals will be made by the municipality after an ordinary application has been received. See the attached concession documentation for further information.
