The framework agreement applies to painting, wallpapering and flooring work in Moss municipality's buildings and operating units (schools, nurseries, nursing homes, office buildings, leasehold flats, etc.) which are managed by MKEiendom.
The framework agreement does not apply to large construction projects or smaller turnkey contracts.
