Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, the Division for procurement services, (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of consumables. The framework agreement covers products within two main categories (cleaning and office supplies) with six underlying product groups. The product groups are listed in the draft of the price and product sheet.
The contracting authority wants input on the draft of price and product sheet before the tender contest is published.

1. Are product specifications limiting the ability to offer eco-labelled variants?
2. Are the minimum requirements for eco-label type 1 possible to meet?
3. General: are the specifications comprehensible?
4. Are there requested goods that are not / can not be offered?
5. Is the guidance comprehensible?
6. Do you have any other input?
Feedback is requested with a clear reference to the relevant goods and any suggestions for amendments.
