Pavadinimas Framework market survey concerning the supply of low-density hexagonal printed circuit boards for the CMS Experiment
Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of around 22 000 rigid low-density hexagonal printed circuit boards. The boards have eight layers, are mostly hexagonal in shape with lateral dimensions approximately 20 cm × 20 cm and are approximately 1.3 mm thick. Delivery is foreseen in batches over 24 months in 2023 and 2024. The first delivery is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2023. CERN intends to split the volumes indicated in this Market Survey across at least two Contractors.
Interested firms shall have a proven experience and competence in the manufacturing of high-quality, multi-layer rigid PCBs suitable for wire-bonding.
