Consultancy Services for Management and Development of the Police

Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), Norwegian Police Shared services (Norwegian: PFT), hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, on behalf of the Norwegian Police and the Norwegian Police Security Service, will enter into framework agreements for consultancy services for the management and development of the police. Further details on who the contract applies to, including who is defined as the contracting authority in accordance with the contract, is stated in SSA-R Annex 1. The procurement is divided into the following lots: 1) Strategy; 2) Finances and business management; 3) Analysis and review; 4) Digitalisation, organisation and business development; 5) Quality assurance of the project.
