Rælingen kommune (Rælingen municipality), hereafter called the contracting authority, needs consultancy services for all phases of the municipality's property, construction and building projects.
The contracting authority will establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the purchase of various consultancy services. The consultancy services are divided into nine discipline areas. Further information about the procurement content, refer to the qualification documentation.
