The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has held an open tender contest with the aim of entering into a framework agreement for the delivery of MMR vaccines. I.e., a combination vaccine against measles, mumps, and rubella (living) for the Norwegian Childhood Immunisation Programme.
The contest was held as an open tender contest in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, Parts 1 and 3. The contest was held electronically in the CTM electronic tender documentation tool (Norwegian abbreviation: KGV).
There were four (4) minimum requirements for the vaccine.
The agreement includes the delivery of a combination vaccine against measles, mumps, and rubella (living) (MMR) (ATC code: J07B D52)
The new agreement is valid from 1 June 2021. The contract will have a duration of 2 years with automatic extension for 1 year + 1 year unless it is cancelled earlier in-line with Supply Agreement point 17.
The delivery includes 540 000-660 000 doses during the maximum agreement period (4 years).
